Vaseline is definitely a staple for me. I use it for everything.It's affordable it's available almost everywhere and it comes in handy for a lot of different things.

Vaseline traces its roots to the 19th century, when Brooklyn chemist Robert Augustus Cheeseborough first developed it as a natural remedy for skin abrasions in 1869. A mixture of paraffin and microcrystalline wax comprises petroleum jelly. It prevent water from escaping the body through the skin and drying it out.
1. Make Up Remover
Vaseline is a really great effective eye make up remover, it's great in taking out water proof eyeliners or mascaras.
(Used on a regular basis Vasaline can cause a build up film on the eye)
2. Chapped Lips
I love using good old Vaseline when I have chapped lips.
It soothes chapped lips and keeps them moisturized.
3. Hair Dye
Vaseline is a good trick to use to avoid hair dye staining around your face when dying your hair at home. Simply apply the Vasaline on the edge of your face, around your ears or if you have long hair around your neck.
The hair dye will stick to the Vaseline instead of your skin.
4. Body Scrub
Mix Petroleum Jelly with sugar and you have your own homemade scrub.
5. Soften Dry Feet
Rub Vaseline on feet and wear socks over your feet at night. In the morning your feet will be super soft and moisturized.
6. Eyelash Conditioner
I know a lot of people swear buy this. Put a thin coat of Vaseline on your eyelashes before bed and it is suppose to make your lashes grow longer and thicker over time.
7. Lip Gloss
Fill in your lips with your choice of lip liner and top with Vaseline to give instant shine and color.
8. Chapped Nose
Blowing your nose when your sick can cause a lot of dryness to the nose, apply some Vaseline around your nose and it will keep your nose moisturized.
9. Prolong Perfume Scent
Rubbing a thin layer of Vaseline on your for arm holds the fragrance and makes it last longer.
10. Lubricate Ear Lob
I don't wear wearings often and because of that it's always hard for me to wear earrings because the hole on my ear lob starts to close up. I apply some Vaseline on my ear lob and my earrings go in much
easier.
11. Rings Stuck On Fingers
Apply Vaseline all over the finger with the ring on it and wiggle out the ring more easily.
