Swiss Chocolate is a deep brown eyeshadow with red undertones. I always lean towards brown eyeshadows with a hint of red in them because I find they are more flattering on my skin tone. It's a beautiful color and I use it a lot but it's not a must have if you have Folie eyeshadow from Mac or any other brown eyeshadow that has a red undertone.
It is a matte eyeshadow but surprisingly it's not hard to blend out like most matte shadows. I use Swiss Chocolate to define my crease most of the time. I don't really use it on my lid. This is a beautiful crease color for brides. It's not too dark but at the same time it adds the perfect amount of depth while looking natural.
The staying power is excellent for this shadow, but of course it won't last if you don't prime your eyes properly. I like usually only use Mac Paint Pots to prime my eyes, but if paint pots crease on you then Urban Decay Primer Potion or Too Faced Shadow Insurance will keep this shadow on all day without creasing or fading.
I usually pair this eyeshadow with Mac Blanc Type, Mac Kid, Mac All That Glitters.
