I have been loving the Maybelline Baby Lips lately. They are tinted moisturizers that are not only very affordable but also have SPF 20 in them. I can't think of any other drugstore lip balms that have a high SPF like the Maybelline Baby Lips do.
In total there are six different shades in the regular line, four that leave your lips with a little bit of color and two that are clear.
The brighter colors like Pink Punch and Cherry Me look intimidating when you first look at them in the tube but once applied they look very natural.

Packaging
I personally love the bright packaging I know a lot of people don't care for the packaging since it does look like it was marketed for younger teens, but me being a 28 year old teenager I don't mind it at all. I think it's the product itself that really counts. The only downside I can think of about the packaging is the cap has a tendency to easily fall off in my purse.

Texture
These lip balms apply very smoothly and feel very creamy on my lips without feeling heavy sticky or greasy.

Pigmentation
The coverage for these lip balms is sheer depending on which shades you wear. Peppermint is clear while Pink Punch, Peach Kiss and Cherry Me provide a very sheer wash of colors to the lips. I have pigmented lips so it applies very sheer which I actually prefer. I love that some of the shades still provide a tint of color to my lips, it's a nice change from the typical lip balm that only apply clear.

Staying Power
These lip balms definitely didn't last 8 hours on my lips, but I did notice my lips feeling a lot more softer and subtle after the product wore off. I personally don't mind reapplying these lip balms  since I love the flavours.

Pink Punch, Peppermint, Cherry Me, Peach Kiss

Pink Punch is a medium cool toned pink shade which is another gorgeous shade, but still very sheer.

Cherry Me is one of the brighter shades. It gives a nice pink sheen to my lips. The color itself is not opaque so it's simple to apply this on the go without a mirror.
Cherry my has a nice cherry scent, but I only notice it in the tube, once it's applied to the lips I don't notice the scent.

Peach Kiss is a nude shade on  my lips. It's another shade I reach for when I don't know what to wear on my lips. It has a slight shimmer but doesn't look frosty.

Peppermint is one of the clear shades. It provides a nice sheen to the lips. It has a slight minty taste. I was actually expecting it to have a mintier scent. I have been wearing this shade almost everyday for the past two weeks and I couldn't be happier.

Overall
This product is really great if you love lip balms that have a touch of color and has SPF in it. I really can't think of any negative things about these adorable lip balms. If your not into lip balms then obviously this product is not for you, but for me personally I have not worn any lipstick for a couple of weeks I have only been wearing these babies. It provides great moisture to my lips in the winter and I love the fact that they have SPF in it so it's definitely a lip product that's perfect for the summer season as well.
I love these lips balms so much I bought another one in Peppermint for my 5 year old to use since he is prone to getting chapped lips and yes it is 5 year old approved he loves the scent of peppermint.
