I know what your thinking, another Revlon Lip Butter post! I know I am guilty as charged. I just can't help myself. I love bold lipstick but I am not known to wear a lot of orange based lip products. I just never thought they flattered me, but I can't get enough of the Revlon lip butter in Tutti Frutti. How cute is the name?
I have posted a detailed review of the Revlon Lip Butters so this will be a quick post.

Color
Tutti Frutti is a bright orange shade that would look stunning during the Spring season. It is one the brighter shades in this line but you can apply it lightly to achieve a sheer wash of color. If you have always wanted to wear an orange lipstick but have been intimated to, then Tutti Frutti is a great shade to start off with since you can sheer it out.

This shade feels very creamy and moisturizing much like the other shades and it applies very buttery on my lips, but if you're prone to getting dry lips then I don't think this product by itself can  replace a traditional lip balm.
I usually apply a thin layer of lip balm to my lips and leave it on for about 15 - 20 minutes and once I am ready to apply my lip product I blot the lip balm off.

Staying Power
The staying power is excellent, it last about 3 -4 hours but I did notice  my lips felt moisturized well after it wore off.

Overall I think this is a really pretty shade to wear anytime time of the year especially in the Spring. It's very creamy and moisturizing. I can't wait to try out more shades because I can't get enough of these lip butters.
